- To Approve and confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th Oct 2020.
- Matters arising from the Annual General Meeting of 28th Oct 2020.
- To Approve and confirm the Annual Report for the year ending 31st March 2021.
- To Approve and confirm the Annual Statements of Accounts of the year ending 31 March 2021.
- To Appoint the External Auditor for the ensuing year - 1st Apr 2021 to 31st March 2022.
- To Approve the proposed amendments to the Constitutions incorporating changes to the conduct of meeting.
